The Gratitude Therapy
October 23, 2018
There are times when I feel like I am living a life without a purpose…
like I am not where I am supposed to be… like I am anchored indefinitely.
The feeling is very dark and overwhelming. It sure feels lonely when you see everyone around you doing something meaningful and you are just waiting… unsure of what exactly you are waiting of or for. But I guess that’s life. It’s a huge series of waiting periods.
But you know what? There are still moments that shine even on cloudy days like these. The simple moments filled with love of the close ones, laughter, hugs and kisses, good food, lovely sunset…the list can go on. So on such days I count my blessings.
Because when you are anchored, all you can do is enjoy the view.
